Prophets of Profits $15 monthly (or $150 annually)
The monthly group meetings provide an entry-level introduction to the services of Performance Tailwinds. The meetings include networking, learning, and round-table discussions. Members will become familiar with Performance Tailwinds and may decide to upgrade to higher-level services. Combining Prophets of Profits with The Starter forms a great foundational start for the budget-conscious business owner.
The Starter $250 monthly (or $2,500 annually)
For the business leader that learns through reading. Education from a vast e-learning portal, with weekly group training calls, bi-weekly local group expert personal development calls, and quarterly individual 45-minute coaching calls. Initial business financial position assessment and roadmap to get to industry norms. Quarterly one-on-one calls provide private advice, keep you moving forward, and assess possible help needed from Performance Tailwinds. Emphasis of coaching time is on innovation of, Financial Analysis, Marketing/Sales and Strategy. Benefits include skill upgrades and monthly personal coaching guidance. We will help to infuse you with a more beneficial mindset to improve personal and professional performance. Our goal and expectation is for you to achieve higher profits, after our fees, within the first 2 months. If this doesn’t get you moving, nothing will!
The Entrepreneur $1,000 monthly (or $5,650 up-front) for 6 months
Working together, we develop the leader’s mind. We upgrade your behavior by building a personal blueprint to create, manage, and further develop transformational thinking and acting. For this process we utilize the Proctor Gallagher Thinking into Results program, currently used successfully around the world. We help you apply the lessons and best practices to transform your effectiveness. Leaders will have access to the lessons to apply and develop for a lifetime. Includes online lessons, online courseware, a weekly 15-minute progress check-in call with Performance Tailwinds staff, and an every-other-week live online study review session of 1 to 1 ½ hours. Benefits include goal clarity, greater effectiveness, and a new way of thinking that leads to purpose, goal achievement, harmony, happiness, and prosperity.
Get Moving $1,500 monthly or ($10,000 annually)
For the leader that learns through dialogue. Th Starter, upgraded to weekly 45-minute coaching calls. Emphasis of coaching on innovation of Financial Analysis, Marketing/Sales, Strategy and Information Technology. We start with our baseline assessment, financial critique, and $200 a Minute Marketing Opportunity exercise. $200 a Minute is where we identify at least $10,000 of new revenue opportunities without any additional marketing expenses. Often, we can find much more. Unlimited e-support (email, text, IM). Benefits include skill upgrades and weekly personal coaching for greater accountability and more rapid movement than the Starter level.
Profit Maker $5,000 monthly (or $50,000 annually)
For the leader committed to serious results. Get Moving, plus Performance Tailwinds’ models and execution advice to achieve business goals using our Seven Systems of Success ™. These systems include the Self (Thinking Into Results concepts), Financial Analysis, Sales & Marketing, Strategy, Information Technology, People, and Operations. With this level of engagement, we typically improve net income 50 – 100% within six to twelve months.
The Partner (Negotiated)
In return for a lower monthly fee, we will negotiate a gainsharing arrangement with you regarding the improvements we bring to your business. We will perform as described in the Profit Maker.
The Innovator $1,500 monthly (or $15,000 annually)
By invitation only, this option is for business owners who have completed The Entrepreneur and at least six months of the Get Moving or Profit Maker program. Your business is moving smoothly and you want to keep it that way.
